Shapely and bouncy popotin program level 2 offers you new series of exercices in order to muscle and shape your ‘popotin’ and obtain nicely rounded, firm and shapely butts. By following our advices and tageted exercices, you will gain in a few weeks only visible and effective results. Our coaches have selected for you the best tageted exercises to shape your glutes rapildely. The exercices are to be carried out 5 to 6 times a week.

This fitness program is intended to sporty people, having a regular physical activity. This program consists in a glutes exercise note per week, with illustrations and description of each movement. The exercices sessions are progressive and allow to easily and efficiently muscle the glutes.
