The Sexy Mama program is complete: it consists in glutes exercises for a firm and bouncy ‘popotin’, exercises to work abs for a flat stomach and also exercises to quickly firm the thighs. Compared to the Sexy Girl program, there are more exercises for the abs and
the ‘love handles’.

This program consists in a thighs/abs/glutes exercises note per week, with illustrations and description of each movement. The exercices sessions are progressive and allow to easily and efficiently muscle thighs, abs and butts for quick and lasting results.
Ideal for mothers wishing to regain their silhouettes before delivery. To obtain more effective effects, we advise you to carry out the exercices 5 to 6 days a week (15 minutes a day).
