Par contre je vous d\u00e9conseille les squats qui musclent les cuisses (quadriceps) et tr\u00e8s peu les fessiers\u00a0! Pas \u00e9tonnant que vous n\u2019arriviez pas \u00e0 obtenir de bons r\u00e9sultats en faisant des squats\u00a0! De plus ils peuvent provoquer des probl\u00e8mes articulaires, de genoux, de dos\u2026.
