Les squats sont un bon moyen de se muscler les cuisses ( les quadriceps) mais sollicite tr\u00e8s peu le grand fessier vous savez le muscle qui donne l&rsquo;aspect bomber des fesses. Vous avez des explications sur mon articles \u00ab\u00a0comment muscler\u00a0ses fesses\u00a0\u00bb Alors oui vous allez galber vos cuisses voir trop m\u00eame ! Si vous voulez reconna\u00eetre une personne qui abuse des squats regardez ses cuisses !! Par contre ses fesses seront peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es ! De plus les squats peuvent facilement cr\u00e9er des probl\u00e8mes musculaires ou tendinites voir m\u00eame des tassements de colonnes vert\u00e9brales&#8230;.bref attention !
