Et oui merci maman ou grand maman. Le patrimoine g\u00e9n\u00e9tique se passe de g\u00e9n\u00e9rations en g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et du coup on peut se donner de bonnes et moins bonnes choses ! Si votre maman avait des fesses molles vous avez de fortes chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre pareil ! Mais ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas je vais vous montrer q&rsquo;u&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de fatalit\u00e9 !<\/p><p>Autre raison d&rsquo;avoir les fesses molles, la <strong>s\u00e9dentarisation<\/strong> ! Ne pas faire de sport, ne pas bouger assez son corps et surtout ne pas faire d&rsquo;<strong>exercices fessiers<\/strong> rend les fesses plates et tombantes !\u00a0<\/p><p>La qualit\u00e9 de peau aussi joue beaucoup sur votre fessier. Vous pourrez travailler vos muscles fessiers et raffermir vos fesses mais si votre peau n&rsquo;est pas ferme et remplie de cellulite il ne se passera pas grand chose !
