Alors je me rattrape\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme vous le savez je vous propose des <a href=\"https:\/\/ilovemypopotin.fr\/1144-programmes\"><strong>programmes d&rsquo;exercices fessiers efficaces \u00e0 faire \u00e0 la maison<\/strong><\/a> pour les nanas qui ne peuvent pas venir \u00e0 l\u2019institut. Je vous explique un peu comment \u00e7a marche et comment les choisir\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je connais ma condition physique<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout d\u2019abord il est imp\u00e9ratif de connaitre sa condition physique avant de commencer \u00e0 faire du sport. \u00c7a parait \u00e9vident mais je vois souvent des nanas sur estimer leurs conditions physiques ou parfois m\u00eame l\u2019inverse. Il faut aussi s\u2019enlever de la t\u00eate que si je prends un programme plus difficile j\u2019aurai des r\u00e9sultats plus importants et plus rapides\u00a0! PAS DU TOUT\u00a0! Pensez \u00e0 manger plus de prot\u00e9ines car elles permettent la construction musculaire. Buvez, buvez et buvez \u2026. Mais pas n\u2019importe quoi, par piti\u00e9 \u00e9vitez les sodas ou les jus \u00e0 moins de 50 % de fruits\u00a0! De l\u2019eau c\u2019est le mieux et sans mod\u00e9ration\u00a0! Vous pouvez aussi boire du th\u00e9 ou de la tisane si vous aimez \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je suis pers\u00e9v\u00e9rante<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il faut se mettre dans la t\u00eate qu\u2019on obtient rien sans effort. Cela demande un peu de rigueur et de volont\u00e9, mais j\u2019ai envie de dire que c\u2019est comme tout. Notre corps n\u2019est pas une machine alors laissez-lui le temps de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 votre nouveau rythme. Il est imp\u00e9ratif les filles de respecter les bons gestes.
