Elles contiennent environ 20 % de prot\u00e9ines et un bon cocktail de min\u00e9raux diff\u00e9rents : calcium, fer, magn\u00e9sium, phosphore, des anti-oxydants et des om\u00e9gas 3.<\/p>\n<p>Les graines de chia se consomment dans de l&rsquo;eau additionn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un peu de sucre et de citron ou directement dans les plats.
