J&rsquo;ai les fesses plates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c7a c&rsquo;est bien vrai, les fesses plates c&rsquo;est pas top, mais il n&rsquo;y a pas de fatalit\u00e9 avec quelques conseils et un peu de volont\u00e9, vous aurez de <strong>jolies fesses rebondies comme beaucoup de nos fitgirls.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Au secours ! j&rsquo;ai les fesses plates<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors comment avoir de \u00ab\u00a0<em>grosses fesses<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ou du moins des fesses galb\u00e9es ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Franchement entre nous le maillot sur la plage c&rsquo;est parfois tr\u00e8s stressant et complexant ! Je vous recommande la natation (la brasse et nager avec des palmes), l&rsquo;aquagym, le roller, la randonn\u00e9es, et surtout faire des <strong>exercices de musculation fessiers cibl\u00e9s<\/strong> qui vont stimuler le grand fessier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ces exercices pour avoir de belles fesses<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre fait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et rien de mieux qu&rsquo;un \u00e9lastique fitness pour booster votre fessier !Mais attention par n&rsquo;importe lequel.
