Nous vous conseillons d&rsquo;aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin du programme de 16 semaines pour un max de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis d\u2019un <strong>niveau avanc\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nJe choisis le programme <a href=\"https:\/\/ilovemypopotin.fr\/programmes\/2-782-popotin-galbe-et-rebondi-#\/1495-format_du_programme-pdf\"><strong>popotin galb\u00e9 et rebondi niveau 3<\/strong><\/a> accompagn\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lastique 20 Kg<\/p>\n<p>Je suis d\u2019un <strong>niveau expert<\/strong><br \/>\nJe choisis le programme <a href=\"https:\/\/ilovemypopotin.fr\/programmes\/2-782-popotin-galbe-et-rebondi-#\/1495-format_du_programme-pdf\"><strong>popotin galb\u00e9 et rebondi niveau 4<\/strong><\/a> accompagn\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lastique 20 Kg ou 30 Kg<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez de la culotte de cheval ou que vous souhaitez d\u00e9velopper vos hanches nous vous conseillons le programme\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ilovemypopotin.fr\/programmes\/3-788-adieu-culotte-de-cheval-#\/1495-format_du_programme-pdf\"><strong>culotte de cheval<\/strong><\/a> qui est tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9 et qui travaille particuli\u00e8rement le moyen fessier. Vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser ce programme avec notre \u00e9lastique 15, 20 ou 30 Kg selon votre niveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 NE PAS FAIRE :<\/strong> Ne pas acheter le programme niveau 2 apr\u00e8s avoir fait le programme niveau 1 de m\u00eame pour les niveaux 3 et 4 car les niveaux ne se suivent pas. <strong>Vous devez choisir votre programme par rapport \u00e0 votre niveau de d\u00e9part<\/strong>.
