Eh bien, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vous expliquer tout cela dans cet article !<\/p>\n<h4>Comment la musculation peut-elle nous faire prendre du poids ?<\/h4>\n<p>Sachez que lorsque vous pratiquez du sport, vous allez essentiellement vous musclez et donc gagner davantage de masse musculaire ce qui signifie que vous allez peser plus lourd ! En effet, vos muscles ont des tissus qui p\u00e8sent tr\u00e8s lourd. Du coup, il est tout \u00e0 fait normal de prendre 2 \u00e0 3 kilos lorsque vous pratiquez la musculation car vous d\u00e9veloppez tout simplement votre masse musculaire. Donc, pas de panique en regardant votre balance.<\/p>\n<h4>Comment savoir si l\u2019on prend de la masse musculaire et non du gras ?<\/h4>\n<p>Sachez que la musculation, n\u2019emp\u00eache en aucun cas de diminuer votre masse graisseuse !
