Certaines personnes pensent qu\u2019il suffit d\u2019en manger pour avoir un corps sexy et tonique\u2026. Mais on peut toujours r\u00eaver !<br \/>\nVoyons ensemble \u00e0 quoi elles servent et ou en trouver ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout d\u2019abord les les prot\u00e9ines sont <strong>indispensables \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 de notre corps<\/strong>. Elles servent \u00e0 construire et renouveler notre peau, les muscles, les os, les cheveux\u2026 Elles aident \u00e0 combattre les virus et les bact\u00e9ries et donc renforcent notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Notre corps en a davantage besoin quand on fait du sport. Si vous \u00eates v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes ou Vegans vous avez plus de chance de manquer de prot\u00e9ines car on en trouve principalement dans les produits d\u2019origines animales comme la viande, le poisson, les \u0153ufs&#8230;. il faudra ajouter \u00e0 votre alimentations des sources de <strong>prot\u00e9ines d&rsquo;origines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong> en grand quantit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un manque de prot\u00e9ines se traduit donc par une <strong>grande fatigue<\/strong>, des probl\u00e8mes de concentration et la diminution des d\u00e9fenses naturelles. Si vous pensez \u00eatre dans ce cas-l\u00e0, contactez votre m\u00e9decin de famille. Il fera des analyses plus pouss\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attention tout de m\u00eame, une surdose de prot\u00e9ine peut entra\u00eener de graves probl\u00e8mes notamment un <strong>dysfonctionnement au niveau des reins.<\/strong> Ne prenez aucun compl\u00e9ment alimentaire sans demander l\u2019avis \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pourquoi dois-je manger plus de prot\u00e9ines quand je fais du sport ?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsqu\u2019on utilise son muscle de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e, on d\u00e9truit et ab\u00eeme les <strong>fibres musculaires<\/strong>. Pour les reconstruire notre corps a besoin d\u2019acides amin\u00e9es) qui vont aider \u00e0 la reconstruction. Le muscle se reconstruit plus vite apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort si vous lui apporter les bons aliments au bon moment. Il est donc plus r\u00e9sistant et pourra lors d\u2019un prochain entrainement faire davantage d&rsquo;efforts.
