Je suis Nelson Masseur le cr\u00e9ateur d\u2019I Love My Popotin notre insta :<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ilovemypopotin\/\">@ilovemypopotin<\/a>,\u00a0 et croyez-moi, quitte \u00e0 vous faire rire je connais tout ou presque tout sur le popotin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au risque de vous choquer, j&rsquo;insiste, <strong>non les squats ne musclent pas les fesses<\/strong> ou presque pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019ai entra\u00een\u00e9, coach\u00e9, mass\u00e9 des centaines (voir des milliers sans pr\u00e9tention) de femmes et je peux vous dire que ce qui marche ce n\u2019est certainement pas le squat.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pourquoi toutes les stars du fitness font-elles des squats\u00a0?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je r\u00e9pondrai \u00e0 cette question par\u00a0: Etes-vous avec elles lors de leurs entra\u00eenements sportifs\u00a0? Si vous \u00e9tiez \u00e0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s vous verriez qu\u2019elles font tout un tas d\u2019exercices \u00a0comme le Donkey Kick, Lunges \u2026. qui permettent de cibler le grand fessier ou des exercices d&rsquo;abduction de la hanche pour stimuler le moyen fessier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un ensemble d\u2019exercices qui vont stimuler le muscle fessier et donc le faire grossir.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les squats musclent quel endroit du corps\u00a0?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A <strong>80 % les quadriceps<\/strong>\u00a0! En gros le devant des cuisses\u2026. Vous n\u2019avez jamais remarqu\u00e9 les grosses cuisses que peuvent avoir les fitgirls qui abusent des squats\u00a0? Franchement ce n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s sexy et je doute que \u00e7a soit votre objectif\u2026. Vous allez donc muscler le fessier \u00e0 20 % et encore \u00e0 condition de bien descendre et de bien respecter la posture\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si votre objectif est de muscler vos cuisses, alors oui les squats (parmi plein d\u2019autres exercices) peuvent vous aider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais si je veux <strong>muscler mes fesses<\/strong>, \u00e0 quoi cela sert-il de continuer \u00e0 mettre toute ma motivation dans un exercice qui ne \u00a0les faire travailler qu\u2019\u00e0 20 % ? Contrairement aux squats le Dunkey Kick cible le grand fessier \u00e0 90 %. Faites le vous verrez ! Si vous rajoutez en plus une r\u00e9sistance tel que notre <a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">\u00e9lastique fitness sp\u00e9cial fessier<\/a> vous allez vite sentir la diff\u00e9rence ! Il va cibler \u00e0 fond le muscle fessier pour vous donner de belles fesses rebondies.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le danger des squats\u00a0!<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si cet exercice si populaire n\u2019\u00e9tait pas dangereux je vous dirais apr\u00e8s tout pourquoi ne pas continuer\u00a0! Savez-vous que dans notre institut I LOVE MY POPOTIN nous rencontrons beaucoup de jeunes femmes qui sortent de plusieurs mois de convalescence \u00e0 cause des squats\u00a0? Rotule p\u00e9t\u00e9e, tassement de colonne vert\u00e9brale, tendinites, fractures, entorses\u2026. et j\u2019en passe\u2026 Certaines ont suivi le squat challenge qui promet monts et merveilles si tu fais un nombre consid\u00e9rable de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions par jour semaine apr\u00e8s semaine.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si une personne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s significatifs avec le squat challenge je veux bien la rencontrer\u00a0!<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le squat s\u2019il est mal pratiqu\u00e9 (et c\u2019est le cas dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas) peut provoquer des dommages tr\u00e8s importants, et je ne vous parle m\u00eame pas du jumping squat. Il demande une posture parfaite. Celui-ci ab\u00eeme vos articulations et votre corps en cas de mauvaises postures mais aussi en cas de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions trop importantes. Les dommages ne sont pas toujours visibles de suite mais en vieillissant cela peut se compliquer. La rotule est une zone du corps tr\u00e8s fragile il suffit de peu pour l\u2019endommager. Le risque est augment\u00e9 si vous utilisez des barres lestes. Vous serez toutes d\u2019accord avec moi pour dire que le sport doit avant tout vous aider \u00e0 avoir une bonne sant\u00e9 et pas la d\u00e9truire.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019ai bomb\u00e9 mes fesses avec les squats :<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oui effectivement au d\u00e9but (1 mois) vous aurez du r\u00e9sultat car votre muscle fessier sera sollicit\u00e9 \u00e0 20 % mais ensuite vous serez oblig\u00e9e de rajouter des barres lest\u00e9es car vous ne verrez plus de changement, et de nouveau il vous faudra augmenter le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions pour avoir un nouveau r\u00e9sultat et enfin vous perdrez votre motivation ou encore pire vous aurez un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 car vous aurez trop forc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Les squats ne musclent pas les fesses !
